Talk about yourself

My name is Lesly, I´m 18 years old. I´m from Ibarra. It is the province of Imbabura und it´s located in the North of Ecuador, just two hours from Quito.

But now I live in Quito because I decided to study here. I want to study LEAI. For now I am not working. I graduated from high school last year.

Now I´ve been studying languages at the Catholic University here in Quito. I´m learning German and Chinese. Later I want to study French and Italian. I love languages; I think that a person who knows three or four languages at the same has more chances and opportunities of getting a good and important job.

I live in Quito alone. I live here in a small apartment, my parents bought it for me. Living alone here has been very hard for me because I have to do all by myself, like going by bus to the University, cooking every day, paying bills, cleaning my apartment, etc. I can say that this has changed my life, now I´m stronger person and I feel more confident when I have to make a decision. I have learned a lot of things here that day by day makes me grow as a person.

All my family live in Ibarra. I visit them each weekend. My father is a merchant, he travels to many different countries to sell his products. My mother doesn´t work, she´s a housewife but most of the time she helps my father with his work. They´re like a team. I have two brothers and one sister, their names are Xavier, Paúl and Emily. They are studying. I love animals so I have a dog called Doogy, when I´m in Ibarra I spend a lot of time with him, he´s so playful and sweet.
 
My favorite color is Pink. I love to dance, I can say that has been my Hobby, when I was very young I used to take part in small dance groups. My favorite food is chicken with potatoes. I love to drink Coca Cola.

I love to spend my free time with my friends, they are very important for me. We always have a great time and make crazy things.

One of my big dreams is to travel to Germany, that´s why I´m studying german now. I think that Germany is a beautiful country that has a lot of history. I like the culture of that country too because they´re always organized. That´s why Germany has become one of the most important countries in the world. I really admire this country, I love the way how they live. I think that we here in Ecuador should learn and copy if we want to improve our country. I would like to work in Germany.
