B: Because my new car is expensive and I going to get into a huge debt.

Wealth

A: I am thinking.. maybe we should keep the wealth for us! We can spend it in whatever we want.

B: I don't think its a good idea. We have to redistribute to the people. You know they need this money to live. They trust us!

Colombia vs Ecuador

The game Ecuador- Colombia was very excited. I think the second half of the game was more excited than the first one. All the players were too tire at the end of the game, specially players from Colombia because Quito is 2800 metros above sea level. 

I think Ecuador team could have won with more advantage if they have had more possession of the ball. Ecuador attacked many times during the game but they did not show a scheme that make them think the way to play like a team and not individually. 

On the other hand, Colombia team has a great defensive strategy but it wasn't enough to tie the game. I think Colombia team has a clear scheme better than our. Thats why last minutes of the game Colombia has more ball possession and they were in our field. The only thing that Ecuadorian players were doing in those minutes were trying to kill the time instead get possession of the ball and keep playing until the end of the game. 

I think Ecuadorian coach isn't very good with Ecuador team. He is not making his job that should be make strategies and think the way to show the best of every player. For me, every player from Ecuador is really good thats why when they play outside for other teams they are absolutely good and I think its because other teams have somebody who's making the right job. 

Ecuador team needs more ball possession with middle field players. We also need a central attacker who guide every attack and think the way to make a Gol. 

Role Play (Unite 1-5)

A: Hi! Do you want to go to karaoke with us? It will be fun!

B: Mmm I don’t know, I feel nervous when someone hands me a microphone, I freeze because I know I'm not a very good singer.
 
A: That’s strange! I thought that people from the coast were very outgoing
 
B: Not me! I’m very shy, especially in front of a group of strangers.
 
A: You should be more self confident and not get nervous in social situations.
 
B: Was it easy for you to sing the first time you went to karaoke?
 
A: For me it was very easy, I like to sing! But now that you mention it, some of my friends were very shy the first time they went. Maybe you could have one or two drinks before singing.
 
B: Yeah, one or two beers might help... ok I’m going.
 
A: Great!!
 
B: But could you tell me what should I wear? Because I have never been in a karaoke before.
 
A: Nothing special or elegant it could be something casual like jeans whit a t-shirt.
 
B: Cool! because i dont like to wear elegant or flashy clothes. You know what bug me about this places. When people smoke inside and dont care other peoples health. 

A: I really dont mind because i smoke too, but i think that for people who dont smoke it should be annoying.
 
B: I think that people who smoke should either smoke outside or dont smoke at all.
 
A: Its difficult to change that in the country, but i know some places where is forbidden.

UNITE 4
Baggy

A: Look what I just bought!!
B: What is it??
A: Those are my new baggy pants. Now everybody is wearing this kind of pants. I´ll be so in style right now!

Tacky

A: Do you like Nicki Minaj´s music?
B: Absolutly! It sounds really good. Why?
A: I was watching her video last night. And I like her music but her style is awful! I think is so tacky. I don´t like her clothes and the combination of the colors. Definetly, I don´t like the way she dress.

 Striking

A: Did you watch the video music awads yesterday?
B: No, I missed it! How was it?
A: I was fine. A lot of artists were there, sing their songs and won many awards. It happended something crazy! There was Lady Gaga with a very strinking clothes.
B: She usually were striking clothes. How was this time?
A: It was a dress made by meat. Real meat!
B: Oh! wow! It doesnt sound good.

Litters

A: What´s wrong with you closet?
B: I have a lot of things inside. Now I cant even close it!
A: You should clean your litters up in the closet. It must be annoying for you trying to close it everyday.
B: I dont have time I need to do it as fast as posible.

Crowding

 
A: Have you heard that India is developing very fast?
B: Yes, I have heard that. The other day I was watching a documental about India and they said that they have nuclear energy too.
A: But you know what! They have serious problems with poverty too. There are a huge difference bewteen povert vs rich. One of their bigger problems are crowding where people live in very bad conditions, they don´t have streets and the basic stuff to live in a good way.
B: No, I didn´t know about that. I thought they already take care about that problem.

Filthy

A:What is your favorite animal?
B:Mmm, I think pig is the best one.
A: What do you like about pigs? I think they are very filthy.
B: They are so cute. I love the color and when they play on the mud. It´s lovely! I don´t care about the getting dirty.


Gullible

A: Hi brother! Whats up? Why don't you want to eat the breakfast?
B: I dont like this!! I want my chocolate cereal with milk!
A: if you don't eat this a dinosaur will come to scare you.
B: what?? I have to eat faster!
A: My brother is still so gullible! haha (thinking)


UNITE 7
Haggle

A: Can we go shopping today?
B: Where do you want to go?
A: What do you thing of Quincy Market. We can spend the day there shopping outdoors and then we can eat inside. Also its great for haggle. we can find stuff cheaper than in other places.
B: It could be a great option!
